HOW TO COOK YOUR HAGGIS
Stove – Remove outer packaging and wrap the Haggis in foil. Place in a saucepan with water and gently simmer for 45 minutes per lb/450g until piping hot. **DO NOT BOIL**
Oven – Wrap the Haggis in foil and place in an oven proof dish with about 2cm of water and heat at 180c for 45 mins per lb/450g
