Large bone in ribeye steak – goes perfectly with frites, salad and a dab of bĂ©arnaise sauce! min 1.25kg – serves 2-4 for the cavemen in your family!
Cooking Tip! : Seal off the steak in a a frying pan with salt, pepper and a knob of butter. Once there is a great colour, roast in the oven at 180c for 25-40 minutes depending on preference of doneness.
