Our nationally acclaimed gourmet sausages are all handmade by our in-house sausage maker (yep, that'll be Alex!) to traditional and exacting recipes and are made with pure, natural casings.

Choose from our wide range of homemade gourmet bangers. Add mash and onion gravy to create that marriage made in heaven. Favourite sellers includes duck, orange & cranberry, Free range pork & sage (the house special), beef Guinness and horseradish – and of course the delicious venison and red wine sausages – which always has the odd half glass of wine missing. Our in house sausage maker has to make sure the wine is not corked!
