All dishes are individually prepared and cooked locally by our own team to exacting and long-standing favourite recipes. As you've come to expect from Lewis of Sunningdale, all ingredients are free range or organic and all meat is hung 'on the bone' to ensure maximum flavour and tenderness. Rest assured that whilst each dish is spiced and seasoned accordingly, no preservatives, additives or substitutes are used in their production.

All 'Lewis’ Homemade Gourmet Dishes’ are served in elegant porcelain ramekins, designed to enhance both the flavour and dining experience, and are presented ready for you to re-heat, from frozen if you choose, to enjoy at home. Each dish is individually and competitively priced though we do require a small refundable deposit for the porcelain ramekin.

With five days’ notice we can supply larger versions of ‘Lewis’ Homemade Gourmet Dishes’ and if you're thinking of these as a sensible alternative to dinner party hassles, don't worry, your secret's safe with us!
