This quality vision was determined by the founding fathers, William Lewis, who started the business in 1931 and his sons William & Colin Lewis. Nigel Lewis, Colin’s son was delighted to take over the prestigious Sunningdale branch in 2003 and has succeeded in developing the business to even greater heights.
The start to good quality is the sourcing and husbandry. We source from local farmers who truly care about the animals they raise. Allowing them to roam freely outside, leaving them to grow at their natural rate, free from artificial hormones and growth promoters. Resulting in tender and tasty meat.
We are a team of qualified butchers. We select the best meat and cut it fresh for you. Just ahead of delivery / purchase. Again – to provide you the best quality and taste.
