Our aim is to provide you with the fantastic meat sourced from farmers who care about their animals. Lewis of Sunningdale will be distributing nationally in the coming months. In the meantime, we will only deliver locally to the North Surrey, Berkshire borders whilst we work with our partners on our national delivery scheme. Each of your orders will be carefully packed and delivered in our refrigerated vans.
For free delivery the minimum order value is £75. This excludes Christmas delivery whereby £5 will be charged per order for any deliveries booked on 22/12/2009 or 23/12/2009 regardless of the order value. Please note that there will be no deliveries on 24/12/2009, however for last minute Christmas orders the shop will be open from 07:30 - 12:30.
We accept payment by most major credit and debit cards though our partner Protx. They handle all payments through their secure 128 bit encrypted payment gateway so you can be sure your credit card details will be safe and secure.
Weight VariationWhen you place your order, it will be for a weight and price where this has been specified. We will collect the payment via the payment method you select when placing the order. Because orders are individually prepared, it can be expected that there may be some small variation in weights above or below the weight you choose, and it is impractical for us to request additional payments or process small refunds. We will ensure that this variation never exceeds more or less than 10% of any item specified. Items delivered within 10% of the weight ordered shall be deemed complete.
ReturnsIn the event that you are not entirely satisfied with any of your products, please return them to the shop and we will be more than happy to replace them.

Delivery scheduleYour order will be dispatched on the date and time slot you have chosen. If for some reason we are unable to deliver in your requested time slot, we will attempt to contact you by telephone or E Mail to discuss another convenient time for your delivery.
